This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all Speakable subscriptions, including Free, Team, and Organization plans, and replaces all prior versions.

Free Plan

The Free Plan includes 100 AI credits per month at no cost. Users may purchase additional (“top-off”) credits at any time.

• Top-off credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
• Credits are account-specific and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.

Legacy Individual Teacher Subscriptions

All legacy teacher subscriptions (including Teacher Pro, Starter, and Growth Plans) will be discontinued at the end of their current billing term as part of our pricing transition.

• These subscriptions will not automatically renew.
• At the end of the term, accounts will transition to the Free Plan.
• During the remainder of the current term, users will retain access to equivalent or improved features.
• No refunds or partial credits will be issued for cancellations prior to the end of the term.

Team Plan

Team Plans are annual subscriptions designed for schools or teams.

• Subscriptions are non-refundable once the term begins.
• Team Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
• Speakable reserves the right to update pricing or plan terms for any renewal or new purchase.

Organization Plan

Organization-level subscriptions are billed annually and offer full access to enterprise features.

• Subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the term begins.
• These subscriptions do not automatically renew. Renewal requires a new agreement.
• Speakable reserves the right to adjust pricing and plan structure at the time of renewal.
