Speakable does not offer refunds for annual subscriptions to the Team Plan or Organization Plan once a billing period has begun, including any unused time or features. We encourage users to explore our Free Plan before committing to a paid subscription. For subscriptions paid via invoice or purchase order, no refunds will be issued after payment is received unless required by local law or explicitly stated in the contract.

AI Credits‍

AI credits included with any plan are provided in monthly allotments. Any unused credits from that month will expire at the end of the month. AI credit top-ups purchased separately on any plan (including the Free Plan) are non-refundable and do not expire.

Exceptions‍

Refunds may be granted in cases of billing errors or technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the service. If you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances, please contact hello@speakable.io within 14 days of the issue.
